Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1645227 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the catalytic converter hanger insulator from the catalytic converter.
  3. Remove the catalytic converter hanger bolts.
  4. Remove the catalytic converter hanger.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1645227 Size: SH
  1. Install the catalytic converter hanger.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the catalytic converter hanger bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  3. Install the catalytic converter hanger insulator to the catalytic converter .
  4. Lower the vehicle.
