Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement Bucket

1. Remove the rear bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bucket Seat Replacement .



2. Remove the rear screw from the rear seat cushion trim cover.



3. Remove the rear seat recliner handle.
4. Remove the rear seat cushion trim cover from the rear seat.

1. Position the rear seat cushion trim cover from the rear seat.



2. Install the upper retainer clip to the seat frame, pressing into place until fully seated.




Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

3. Install the rear screw to the seat cushion trim cover.

Tighten
Tighten the rear seat cushion trim cover screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in).




4. Install the rear seat recliner handle.
5. Install the rear bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bucket Seat Replacement .

Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement Split Bench

1. Remove the screw from the rear seat cushion trim panel.



2. Remove the rear seat cushion trim panel by lifting up to release the retainer from the recliner hinge.

1. Install the retainer slot on the rear seat cushion trim panel to tab on the recliner hinge.
2. Install the rear seat cushion trim panel by sliding down until the retainer slot is fully seated on the recliner hinge tab.




Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Tighten the rear seat cushion trim panel screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
