Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bucket Seat Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 627485  Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear screw from the rear seat cushion trim cover.

  4. Object Number: 627487  Size: SH
  5. Remove the front screw from the rear seat cushion trim cover.
  6. Remove the rear seat belt buckle. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement .

  7. Object Number: 627489  Size: SH
  8. Remove the rear seat cushion trim cover from the rear seat .

Installation Procedure

  1. Position the rear seat cushion trim cover to the rear seat.

  2. Object Number: 627489  Size: SH
  3. Install the upper retainer clip to the seat frame, pressing into place until fully seated.

  4. Object Number: 627485  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the rear screw to the seat cushion trim cover.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat cushion trim cover screw to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).

  7. Install the front screw from the rear seat cushion trim cover.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat cushion trim cover screw to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).

  9. Install the rear seat belt buckle. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement .
  10. Install the rear bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Rear Bucket Seat Replacement .
