8 Digit GM Part Number: The scan tool displays the 8 Digit GM Part Number. The scan tool displays the part number of the control module .

Auto. Learn Timer: The scan tool displays 1-10 Minutes. The scan tool displays the current state of the Auto. Learn Timer which increments in 10 second intervals. The Auto. Learn Timer must time out 3 times in order for the relearn procedure to be complete.

Calibration ID: The scan tool displays the Calibration ID. Display indicates the calibration ID of the VTD systems module.

CTD Alarm State: The scan tool displays Close Dr. Wait/Open Dr. Wait/Lever Active/Trigger Idle/Armed/Full Alarm. The scan tool displays the current state of the CTD system.

CTD Enable: The scan tool displays On/Off. The scan tool displays On when the CTD system is armed and Off when the CTD system is in standby.

Driver Door Open Sw.: The scan tool displays Open/Closed. Display indicates the current state of the driver door open switch. Open indicates the door is open and Closed indicates the door is closed.

DRVR. Door Sensor: The scan tool displays Open/Closed, or Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the driver door sensor. Open indicates the driver door is open, and Closed indicates the driver door is closed, with the CTD system in disarmed or standby mode. Active/Inactive indicates the current state of the driver door sensor when the CTD system is armed.

Ignition Counter: The scan tool displays 0 - 50. The module counts each time the ignition is cycled from ON to OFF.

Julian Date of Build: The scan tool displays the Julian Date of Build. Display indicates the date the module was built.

Key Cylinder Unlock: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays Active when the door key cylinder is rotated to the unlock position.

Key in Ignition: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays Active when the ignition key is in the ignition and Inactive when it is not in the ignition.

LH Liftgate Ajar Switch: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays Active when the left liftgate latch is ajar or open.

Liftgate Key Cyl. Unlk.: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays Active when the liftgate key cylinder unlock is rotated to the unlock position.

Liftgate Open Switch: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the liftgate open switch. Active indicates the liftgate is open and Inactive indicates the liftgate is closed.

Liftgate Sensor: The scan tool displays Open/Closed, or Active/Inactive, or Disabled. Display indicates the current state of the liftgate sensor. Open indicates the liftgate is open, and Closed indicates the liftgate is closed, with the CTD system disarmed or in standby mode. Active/Inactive indicates the current state of the liftgate sensor when the CTD system is armed. Disabled indicates that the liftgate sensor has been disabled, and will not trigger the CTD system alarm mode if the liftgate is opened or tampered with.

Manufactures Enable Counter: The scan tool displays 0-255. The Manufactures Enable Counter is cleared prior to leaving the assembly plant. This data value is for use at the assembly plant only.

No. of Learned Key Codes: The scan tool displays 1-10. The scan tool displays the number of transponder values learned by the VTD system.

Park Lamp Monitor: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays the commanded state of the Park lamp relay.

Passenger Door Open Sw.: The scan tool displays Open/Closed. Display indicates the current state of the passenger door open switch. Open indicates the door is open and Closed indicates the door is closed.

Passenger Door Sensor: The scan tool displays Open/Closed, or Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the passenger door sensor. Open indicates the passenger door is open, and Closed indicates the passenger door is closed, with the CTD system in disarmed or standby mode. Active/Inactive indicates the current state of the passenger door sensor when the CTD system is armed.

Power Mode Sensor: The scan tool displays Armed/Disarmed, or Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the power mode sensor. Armed indicates the power mode is off, and disarmed indicates the power mode is on, with the CTD system in disarmed or standby mode. Active/Inactive indicates the current state of the driver door sensor when the CTD system is armed. Inactive indicates that the power mode is off, when the CTD system is armed. Active indicates that the power mode is on when the CTD system is armed, triggering the CTD alarm mode.

PCM/VCM in VTD Fail Enable: The scan tool displays Yes/No. The scan tool displays Yes when the PCM is in fail enable. This indicates a failure occurred in the VTD system.

PROM ID: The scan tool displays the PROM ID. The scan tool displays the 4 digit internal PROM ID of the module.

Rear Door Open Switch: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the rear door open switch. Active indicates the door is open and Inactive indicates the door is closed.

Rear Door Sensor: The scan tool displays Open/Closed, or Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the rear door sensor. Open indicates the rear door is open, and Closed indicates the rear door is closed, with the CTD system in disarmed or standby mode. Active/Inactive indicates the current state of the rear door sensor when the CTD system is armed.

RH Liftgate Ajar Switch: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays Active when the right liftgate latch is ajar or open.

RT and Left Glass Sensor: The scan tool displays Open/Closed, or Active/Inactive. Display indicates the current state of the right and/or left sensor. Open indicates the right and/or left glass latch is open, and Closed indicates the right and/or left glass latch is closed, with the CTD system in disarmed or standby mode. Active/Inactive indicates the current state of the right and/or left glass latch when the CTD system is armed.

Security Lamp Status: The scan tool displays On/Off/Flash. The scan tool displays the current state of the security indicator as commanded by the VTD system.

Security LED: The scan tool displays On/Off. The scan tool displays the current state of the security LED indicator as commanded by the body control module (BCM). On indicates the BCM is commanding the security LED indicator on and off indicates the BCM is commanding the security LED off.

Seed and Key Timer: The scan tool displays 1-10 Minutes. The scan tool displays the current state of the Seed and Key Timer which increments in 10 second intervals. The Seed and Key Timer must time out in order for the relearn procedure to be complete.

VTD Auto. Learn Timer: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays the current state of the VTD Auto. Learn Timer, which must time out three times in order for the relearn procedure to be complete.

VTD Fuel Disable: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The scan tool displays Active when the PCM has received a disable password from the VTD system.

VTD Fuel Disable Until Ign. Off: The scan tool displays Yes/No. The scan tool displays Yes when the PCM has received the fuel disable password from the VTD system. This indicates the PCM will not allow fuel delivery until the ignition is switched off prior to another start attempt.

VTD States: The scan tool displays Ignition Off/Monitor Key/Learn More Keys/No Coded Key/Auto. Learn Pending. The scan tool displays the current state of the VTD system. The scan tool displays Ignition Off when the ignition is switched from ON to OFF for longer than 10 seconds. The scan tool displays Monitor Key when the ignition is ON and the VTD system is operating normally. The scan tool displays Learn More Keys when the VTD system has read the required number of transponder values to perform the adding keys procedure. The scan tool displays Normal Decision when the ignition is On and the VTD system has read a learned key transponder value. The scan tool displays No Coded Key when the ignition is ON and the VTD system is unable to read a key transponder value. The scan tool displays Auto Learn Pending when the VTD system auto learn counter has not incremented 3 successful times during the 30-minute learn procedure.
