Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1646219 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps (2, 3) at the air cleaner and the throttle body.
  2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube (1) from the outlet duct.
  3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the air cleaner and the throttle body.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1646219 Size: SH
  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the throttle body and air cleaner.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps (2, 3) at the air cleaner and the throttle body.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the clamps to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the PCV fresh air tube (1) to the outlet duct.
