Tools Required

GE-47622 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Remove the wiper motor module assembly. Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement .
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster and reposition.
4. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
5. Remove the transmission fluid filler tube. Refer to Transmission Fluid Filler Tube Replacement .



6. Disconnect the inlet heater hose (1) from the inlet heater pipe (2).



7. Disconnect the heater hose clamp using the GE-47622 .
8. Disconnect the inlet heater hose from the heater core.
9. Remove the inlet heater hose.

1. Install the inlet heater hose.



2. Connect the inlet heater hose to the heater core.
3. Connect the heater hose clamp using the GE-47622 .



4. Connect the inlet heater hose (1) to the inlet pipe (2).
5. Install the transmission fluid filler tube. Refer to Transmission Fluid Filler Tube Replacement .
6. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
7. Connect the vacuum hose to the brake booster.
8. Install the wiper motor module assembly. Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement .
9. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
