1.PARK TO DRIVE OR REVERSE DELAYED ENGAGEMENT - THM 325-4L TRANSMISSIONS SOME "E" AND "K" SERIES MAY EXPERIENCE A PARK TO DRIVE AND/OR PARK TO REVERSE DELAYED SHIFT RESULTING FROM A LOSS OF PUMP PRIME. THIS CONDITION OCCURS DURING THE INITIAL START-UP AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN PARKED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. A NEW DESIGN TRANSMISSION FILTER, CONTAINING AN INTERNAL CHECK VALVE, HAS BEEN RELEASED TO CORRECT THIS CONDITION. THE SERVICE PACKAGE (P/N 8635927) CONSISTS OF: A.A NEW DESIGN OIL FILTER ASSEMBLY B.AN "O" RING SEAL C.AN OIL PAN GASKET NOTE: PART NUMBER REVISED 6/20/85. NEW PART NUMBER IS 8635981
