GM Service Parts Operations is pleased to announce its commitment to provide world class parts service to support the Reatta introduced by Buick Motor Division.
One of the most important features of the program is the availability of a toll free telephone number (1-800-433-4383) for dealer use when overnight delivery of a critical part is required. This is a continuing service that should be used whenever the NORMAL EMERGENCY SERVICE does not provide the needed part or the situation requires immediate attention.
The Service Parts Assistance Center (SPAC) in Flint, Michigan has personnel available during normal working days between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m . (Eastern Time) to assist with Buick dealers' emergency Reatta orders. ALL SHIPMENTS MADE THROUGH THIS PROGRAM ARE ON A FREIGHT COLLECT BASIS AND VIP SURCHARGES ARE WAIVED.

General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
