Some 1991 Rivieras may experience a horn rattle when the vehicle door is closed. To repair this condition, remove the horn assembly from the side of the vehicle where the rattle originates (refer to Section 8B in the Service Information Manual). Reinstall after making the following modification to the mounting bracket assembly. Refer to Figure 1.
Assemble the mounting bracket in the following order as shown in view B of Figure 1:
1. Washer from previous (production) bracket assembly
2. Horn bracket
3. Pencil brace
4. New bolt (washer attached), P/N 11507083, or equivalent bolt with hex head and large flat washer, 6.3mm, 1.81 thread pitch, and 25mm long
