  1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
  2. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector C1.
  3. Measure the resistance from the instrument cluster connector C1 terminal E12 and terminal F12 to ground.

Does the resistance measure less than the specified value?

10 V

Go to Step 3

  1. Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
  2. Measure the voltage from the instrument cluster connector C1 terminal F3 to ground.

Does the measured voltage equal the specified value for approximately 1 minute after you turn the ignition switch to RUN?

10-15 V

Inspect CKT 234 (YEL) for an open.

Is the circuit OK?

Inspect the body control module (MALL) connector C2 for proper terminal contact.

Is the contact OK?

Replace the MALL module.

Is the repair complete?
