QUARTER WINDOW GLASS LOOSE REPLACE SWING OUT GLASS

SUBJECT: SWING OUT QUARTER WINDOW GLASS LOOSE AT HINGES (REPLACE SWING OUT GLASS)

MODELS AFFECTED: 1991-92 ROADMASTER ESTATE WAGONS

CONDITION:

--------- Some customers may comment about swing out quarter window glass that becomes loose at the hinge area.

CAUSE:

----- Hinge bond material releases.

CORRECTION:

---------- Replace the swing out glass only, using the following part numbers and the procedure found in the Roadmaster Service Manual, Section 10-7.

IMPORTANT: --------- 1. Do not attempt to reglue the hinge to the glass.

2. Do not replace the complete quarter glass module to make this repair.

Parts are currently available from GMSPO.
