WATER LEAK IN TRUNK AREA INSTALL CAULK MOUNTING STUDS

SUBJECT: WATER LEAK IN TRUNK AREA (INSTALL STRIP CAULK AROUND BEZEL MOUNTING STUDS)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1992 "B" MODEL

APPLICATION:

Buick Roadmaster "B" Model (prior to VIN 1G4BN532NR472540).

CONDITION:

Water leak in trunk area.

CAUSE:

May be due to missing washers on opera lamp bezel mounted in sail panel area. See Service Manual, Section 8B or 10-9.

CORRECTION:

Remove bezel and opera lamp and install strip caulk around the bezel mounting studs in place of the missing washers and re-install bezel to vehicle.

Labour Time: 0.2 Hr. 0.2 Hr.
