EXHAUST MANIFOLD CRACKING NEW MANIFOLD AVAILABLE

SOME 1982 1.8L L4 ENGINES MAY INCUR CRACKED EXHAUST MANIFOLDS WHEN SUBJECTED TO HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH LOAD CONDITIONS. A NEW EXHAUST MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN RELEASED UNDER THE OLD PART NUMBER. EARLY DESIGN PARTS ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK. REPLACEMENT OF THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY REQUIRES A CHANGE IN THE OUTER BOLT (#1 AND #4 RUNNERS) TORQUE SPECIFICATION. THESE BOLTS SHOULD BE TORQUED TO 15-20 N.M(11-15 FT).
