If a condition of transaxle cooler line buzz or moan after torque converter clutch engagement is encountered, the following procedures should be performed:
Position cooler pipes so they do not contact each other or touch adjacent components such as the transaxle case.
Inspect the radiator tank for contacting and vibrating against the radiator support panel and correct as necessary.
Remove and discard the metal clip which holds the cooler lines together and install Part Number 22536646, plastic clip, in its place.
SOMERSET/SKYLARK ONLY: --------------------- If the noise condition is still evident, replace the lower cooler line hose assembly with a new, longer hose assembly, Part Number 22535961 (See Illustration).
