WATER LEAKS/ WET CARPET (MAY BE CLOGGED A/C DRAIN)

If a customer comments about a wet carpet, usually on the passenger side, check for a plugged evaporator drain hose. If drain hose is plugged, cut off bottom of drain hose as shown in Illustration.
