CASE TO CASE COVER BOLT REVISED LOCATION

A.CASE TO CASE COVER BOLT LOCATION REVISED BEGINNING LATE APRIL, 1981, THM 125 TRANSMISSIONS WERE BUILT WITH A NEW DESIGN CASE AND CASE COVER. THIS DESIGN CHANGE RELOCATED THE CASE TO CASE COVER BOLTS FROM THE CONVERTER (BELL) HOUSING TO THE CASE COVER AREA. SEE FIGURE 1. THESE TWO BOLTS WILL NOW BE TERMED THE OIL PUMP COVER TO CASE BOLT (HEX HEAD) AND CASE COVER TO CASE BOLT (MODIFIED PAN HEAD). ** SEE BULLETIN FOR ILLUSTRATIONS AND PARTS DETAIL **
