I/P AIR OUTLET DUCTS REMOVAL SERVICE MANUAL REMOVAL

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1980-84 Omega

When removing the instrument panel air outlet ducts on a 1980-84 omega, it is not necessary to remove the instrument panel as noted on page 8C2-9 of the 1984 Service Manual. Follow the revised service procedure listed below.

1. Disconnect the lower instrument panel.

2. Remove the screws attaching the duct(s) to the instrument panel.

3. Remove the duct(s).
