COMPRESSOR BELT DAMAGE INTERFERENCE W/ HOSE CLAMPS

WHEN REPLACING THE A/C COMPRESSOR BELT FOR CUTS OR FRAYING ON A 1982 V-8 ENGINE, CHECK THE HOSE CLAMPS ON THE WATER BYPASS HOSE FOR INTERFERENCE WITH THE AIR CONDITIONING BELT. IF THE HOSE CLAMPS ARE INTERFERRING WITH THE BELT, TURN THE HOSE CLAMPS TO ELIMINATE THE INTERFERENCE CONDITION.
