SUBJECT: LOOSE MIRROR REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY (REPLACE FRONT SIDE UPPER DOOR TRIM)

MODELS AFFECTED: 1992 SKYLARK

CONDITION:

--------- Some owners of 1992 Skylarks may comment that the left hand mirror cable remote control assembly becomes loose at the front side upper door trim.

CAUSE:

----- Inadequate retention of the set screw to the palnut.

CORRECTION:

---------- Replace the existing front side upper door trim with the appropriate revised part listed below:

22587643 Medium Gray 22587644 Graphite 22587645 Camel 22587646 Garnet
