LEAK CHECK SYSTEM WITH CHARGE FITTING CAPS (PRIMARY SEALS) PROPERLY INSTALLED.
NO LEAK DETECTED:
- RECOVER, EVACUATE, AND RECHARGE REFRIGERANT SYSTEM AND PROPERLY INSTALL CAPS.
- PERFORM FINAL LEAK CHECK.
LEAK DETECTED AT LOW CHARGE PORT PRIMARY SEAL:
- REPLACE LOWSIDE VALVE STEM, P/N 03041827, AND CHARGE VALVE PRIMARY SEAL CAP, P/N 22638852.
- PERFORM FINAL LEAK CHECK.
FOLLOW PROCEDURES OUTLINED IN SECTION 1B OF THE APPROPRIATE SERVICE MANUAL.
PARTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1994.
