Exhaust Manifold Removal Left Side


    Object Number: 60831 Size: SH
  1. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.
  2. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    3. Object Number: 54301 Size: SH
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold retaining nuts.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.

Exhaust Manifold Removal Right Side


    Object Number: 54366 Size: SH
  1. Remove the exhaust crossover heat shield.

    2. Object Number: 54282 Size: SH
  2. Remove the crossover pipe at the exhaust manifold.
  3. Remove the heated oxygen sensor.

    4. Object Number: 54670 Size: SH
  4. Remove the EGR pipe at the exhaust manifold.
  5. Remove the exhaust pipe from the converter flange.
  6. Support the converter aside.
  7. Remove the converter heat shield from the vehicle body.

    8. Object Number: 54707 Size: SH
  8. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield fasteners.
  9. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    10. Object Number: 66185 Size: SH
  10. Remove the exhaust manifold nuts.
  11. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  12. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.
  13. Clean the mating surfaces at the cylinder head and at the exhaust manifold.
