SERVICE VME
This message concerns all GM vehicles. When replacing the engine oil drain plug, use only the correct drain plug listed in the GM SPO parts catalog. Use of an incorrect drain plug may cause an oil leak and/or damage to the engine oil pan. Damage caused by use of an incorrect drain plug is not covered under the new vehicle warranty.
