The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Dealers seeking technical assistance for the MDM (Mobile Digital Media) software, operating characteristics and/or technical support.

Recommendation/Instructions:

The customer should be directed to contact Phatnoise directly @ (310) 954-3650 or support@phatnoise.com for software, operating characteristics and/or DMS cartridge/docking station failures. The customer will be required to have the DMS cartridge, docking station, software loaded on their personal computer and their contact information ready prior to contacting the Phatnoise consultants.

Note:: GM Tac should only be contacted if the vehicle has MDM DTC's, hardware/wiring issues, no power concerns and/or directed by the Phatnoise technical support. GM TAC can be reached at 1-877-446-8227. Canadian dealers should call 1-800-263-7740 (English) or 1-800-263-7960 (French).

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
