Purpose / Overview
As previously communicated in Program Letter 07-009, three Technology Close-Up (TCU) courses have been identified as 2007 Service Training Standard (STS) requirements. The new requirements do not show up as a separate service category. They appear on the STS report within the appropriate service category based on the topic of training.
Important: Service technicians must obtain management approval prior to enrolling in a course.
