Rear Side Door Actuator Control Module Replacement with RPO E59 LH

1. Remove the left rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .



2. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) from the power sliding door (PSD) actuator control module (3).
3. Release the integral clips (2) securing the actuator module to the top side of the motor module bracket (4).
4. Pull the PSD actuator control module (3) inboard in order to release the control module from the actuator motor module bracket.

1. Push the PSD actuator control module (3) outboard in order to hook the control module to the actuator motor bracket (4).
2. Connect the PSD actuator control module electrical connectors (1).
3. Perform the re-initialization procedure. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
4. Install the left rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .

Rear Side Door Actuator Control Module Replacement with RPO E58 RH

1. Remove the right rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .



2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the power sliding door (PSD) actuator control module.
3. Release the integral clips (1, 2) securing the actuator module (3) at the rear motor bracket.
4. Pull the PSD actuator control module (3) inboard in order to release the control module from the actuator motor bracket.

1. Push the PSD actuator control module (3) outboard to secure the control module to the actuator motor bracket and retention clips (1, 2).
2. Connect the PSD actuator control module electrical connectors.
3. Perform the re-initialization procedure. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
4. Install the right rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
