Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1547644 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Assembly, Door, Striker, and Latch Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the center floor air outlet. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Center .
  3. Remove the floor air outlet screws.
  4. Remove the floor air outlet.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1547644 Size: SH
  1. Install the floor air outlet.
  2. Install the floor air outlet screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.2 N·m (11 lb in).

  3. Install the center floor air outlet. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Center .
  4. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Assembly, Door, Striker, and Latch Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
