The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may report they are unable to cycle through stored CDs with the SWC (Steering Wheel Controls) as listed in their 2005 getting to know you guide.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Important Note: Do not attempt to diagnose and/or repair this normal condition.
This feature was deleted in later 2005 model year production. If a radio is serviced or replaced this feature will be lost and the customer should be directed to their owner's manual page 3-111 for available SWC features.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
