NEW REVERSE AND 1-2 BAND APPLY PIN GAGE

MODELS AFFECTED: 1989-1990 DE VILLES, FLEETWOODS, ELDORADOS, SEVILLES, AND ALLANTES

A new reverse band apply pin gage, J-33382-10, will be available approximately October 15, 1989 to service all 1989 and 1990 THM 440-T4/4T60 transaxles. In addition, the gage can be used to select the reverse band pin and the 1-2 band apply (servo) pin on all 1989 and 1990 THM F-7 transaxles. J-33382-10 has a hex head for easy identification.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE PIN GAGE J-33382-10 ON 1988 OR PRIOR MODELS. CONTINUE TO USE J-33382-2 ON 1988 OR EARLIER MODELS.

IMPORTANT: Pin gage J-33382-2 may be used on 1989-1990 models until the new gage (J-33384-10 is available. When using J-33382-2 on 1989-1990 models, select the apply pin which is two sizes longer than indicated by the gage.
