VDO-YAZAKI IS STAFFED BY TRAINED TECHNICIANS WHO WILL ATTEMPT TO CONFIRM THE PROBLEM IS CLUSTER RELATED AND NOT CAR SYSTEM RELATED. THE TECHNICIAN OR SHOP FOREMAN SHOULD BE ON HAND WHEN CALLING TO ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS REGARDING THE DIAGNOSIS. F. IF THE PROBLEM INVOLVES THE ODOMETER, A MILEAGE FIGURE WILL BE REQUIRED. THE REPLACEMENT CLUSTER WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE MILEAGE PRE-SET. G. PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER OR ACCOUNT NUMBER. H. WHETHER THE REPAIR IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY OR NOT.
