(LW) Long Wave Band Information with Navigation Radio - kw DIC display information program U2V

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

If customer cycles through the bands on the navigation radio, they may notice a LW or Long Wave Band displayed.

Incorrect programming was performed during assembly and the Tech 2 should be used to resolve the problem. Follow these steps with the Tech 2:

6. Radio
7. Special Functions
8. Radio Setup
9. U.S. Mode

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
