The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Coolant leak at the radiator core to lower tank crimp on CTS-V. This condition may be a repeat concern.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Replace the radiator. The radiator has been redesigned to be more robust. The radiator part number has not changed. SPO stock has been purged of all previously designed radiators.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
