J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
3. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement



4. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at the charge air cooler using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
5. Remove the charge air cooler hose (2) from the charge air cooler.



6. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at charge air cooler pipe assembly using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
7. Remove the charge air cooler hose (2) from the charge air cooler pipe assembly.
8. Unclip charge air cooler hose and remove from vehicle.

1. Install the charge air cooler hose to the vehicle and clip to hose.
2. Install the charge air cooler hose (2) to the charge air cooler pipe assembly.
3. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at the charge air cooler pipe assembly using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .



4. Install the charge air cooler hose (2) to the charge air cooler.
5. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at the charge air cooler using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
6. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement
7. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
8. Fill the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling.
