Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
  2. Remove the heater hose bracket screw.

    3. Object Number: 756365 Size: SH
  3. Remove the heater hose bracket (1).

    4. Object Number: 756369 Size: SH
  4. Slide the heater core out of the HVAC module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 756369 Size: SH
  1. Slide the heater core into the HVAC module.

    2. Object Number: 756365 Size: SH
  2. Install the heater hose bracket (1).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the heater hose bracket screw and tighten to 1 N·m (9 lb in).
  4. Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
