Removal Procedure

    Note: Do not remove the generator and water pump belt.

  1. Remove the power steering and air conditioning drive belt from the power steering pump. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 887775 Size: SH
  2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 887775 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement.
