Preliminary Procedure Remove the charge air cooler coolant outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement.
1	Charge Air Cooler Fastener (Qty: 4) Caution: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 10 N·m (89 lb in) Tip Apply threadlocker before installing the fastener.
2	Charge Air Cooler Procedure Discard the gasket. Do NOT reuse. Transfer components as necessary.

Remove the charge air cooler coolant outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement.

Charge Air Cooler Fastener (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Tip
Apply threadlocker before installing the fastener.
