Preliminary Procedures

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling
2. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement.
3. Remove the charged air cooler coolant hose radiator to pump. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Pump.
4. Remove the charged air cooler coolant hose pipe to pump. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Pipe to Pump.
5. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
