Preliminary Procedures Disable the pedestrian impact detection system. Refer to Pedestrian Impact Detection System Disabling and Enabling. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement. Remove the front fascia absorber. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement.
1	Pedestrian Impact Detection Sensor Bolt (Qty: 5) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 3 N·m (27 lb in)
2	Pedestrian Impact Detection Sensor Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector.
