Front Caster and Camber Adjustment AWD

Special Tools

1. Install the J 45845 or the J-45845-10 to the lower control arm and the frame.
2. Loosen the lower control arm to frame bolt.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Adjust the camber angle by turning the turnbuckle on J 45845 or the J-45845-10 until the specifications have been met then tighten the bolt to 135 N·m (96 lb ft).
4. Verify that the camber is still with specifications. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications.
5. Adjust the rear toe. Refer to Rear Toe Adjustment.

Front Caster and Camber Adjustment RWD

Special Tools

1. Install the J 45845 or the J-45845-10 to the lower control arm and the frame.
2. Loosen the front and rear lower control arm to frame nuts and bolts.
3. Adjust the camber angle by turning the turnbuckle on J 45845 or the J-45845-10 until the specifications have been met.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Tighten the front control to frame bolt to 200 N·m (148 lb ft).
5. Tighten the rear control arm to frame bolt to 320 N·m (236 lb ft).
6. Verify that the camber is still with specifications. Refer to Wheel Alignment Specifications.
7. Adjust the rear toe. Refer to Rear Toe Adjustment.
