Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
1	Backup Lamp Switch Caution: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution in the Preface section. Procedure Disconnect the electrical wire harness from the backup lamp switch. Tighten 44 N·m (32 lb ft)
2	Backup Lamp Switch Washer Tip Use a NEW backup lamp switch washer.

Backup Lamp Switch

Caution: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution in the Preface section.

Disconnect the electrical wire harness from the backup lamp switch.

Tighten
44 N·m (32 lb ft)

Backup Lamp Switch Washer

Tip
Use a NEW backup lamp switch washer.
