J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Remove the rear intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Rear



3. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at engine using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
4. Remove the charge air cooler hose (2) from the engine.



5. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at charge air cooler pipe using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
6. Remove the charge air cooler hose (2) from the charge air cooler pipe.
7. Remove the charge air cooler hose from the vehicle.

1. Install the charge air cooler hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the charge air cooler hose (2) to the charge air cooler pipe.
3. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at the charge air cooler pipe using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .



4. Install the charge air cooler hose (2) to engine.
5. Reposition the charge air cooler hose clamp (1) at engine using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers .
6. Install the rear intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Rear
7. Fill the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling.
