Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket
2. Remove the front seat cushion cover. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement
3. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling
4. Remove the front seat back cushion cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement

Front Seat Lumbar Support Bladder Retainer (Qty: 2)

Procedure

Disengage the seat lumbar bladder push pin retainers from the seat cushion frame.

Procedure

1. Disconnect the front seat electrical connector, and passenger presence system connector, if equipped.
2. Note location and routing of the air hose prior to removal in order to ensure proper reinstallation
3. Disconnect the fan assemblies from the seat back cushion pad.
