Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the HVAC module.
2. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement
3. Remove the heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement

Air Distribution Screw (Qty: 10)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Air Distribution Case (Center)

Procedure

1. Ensure all seals and gaskets are in position upon installation.
2. When replacing the air distribution case, transfer all necessary components.
