Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the right side instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Right Side.
2. Remove the blower motor control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement.
3. Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the right air temperature actuator.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)
