Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement Right Hand Drive

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air inlet assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2098272 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.

    3. Object Number: 2098275 Size: SH
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator screws (1).
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2098275 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation actuator.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the recirculation actuator screws (1) and tighten to 1 N·m (9 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 2098272 Size: SH
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
  4. Install the air inlet assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement.

Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement Left Hand Drive

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air inlet assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 819755 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.

    3. Object Number: 819756 Size: SH
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator screws (1).
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 819756 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation actuator.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the recirculation actuator screws (1) and tighten to 1 N·m (9 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 819755 Size: SH
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
  4. Install the air inlet assembly. Refer to Air Inlet Assembly Replacement.
