Preliminary Procedure Remove windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Side Garnish Molding Replacement Lower the front of headliner to access the sunshade electrical connector, if necessary. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement
1	Sunshade Screw (Qty: 3) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tip The closeout snaps into place. Tighten 3 N·m (25 lb in)
2	Sunshade Assembly Procedure Squeeze the tabs at the base of the sunshade assembly to remove from the headliner. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Tip
The closeout snaps into place.

Tighten
3 N·m (25 lb in)

Sunshade Assembly

Squeeze the tabs at the base of the sunshade assembly to remove from the headliner.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
