Tools Required

J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Position the J 38185 to the clamp in order to remove the outlet radiator hose (1) from the cooling pipe.
3. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.



4. Position the J 37097-A to the clamp (2) in order to remove the outlet radiator hose (1) from the radiator.
5. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the vehicle.

1. Position the radiator hose into the vehicle.



2. Position the J 38185 to the clamp (2) in order to connect the outlet radiator hose (1) to the radiator.
3. Install the air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.



4. Position the J 38185 to the clamp in order to connect the outlet radiator hose (1) to the cooling pipe.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
