J 43301 Coil Pack Puller

1. Remove the oil filler cap.



2. Remove the coil cassette bolts.
3. Remove the coil cassette using the J 43301 .
4. Remove the spark plugs.



5. Remove the camshaft cover bolts (1).
6. Remove and discard the camshaft cover grommets and camshaft cover bolts if they are serviced with the grommet.
7. Remove the camshaft cover (2).

Important: Ensure that all 8 sealing O-rings (4) are accounted for. O-rings may stick to the camshaft bearing caps or they may fall into the oil return journals of the cylinder head.

8. Remove the camshaft cover seals (3).
