Power Brake Booster Vacuum Check Valve and Hose Replacement LHD

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose (2) and the brake booster vacuum check valve (3) from vacuum brake booster (4).
2. Remove the vacuum hose retainer from the power steering reservoir.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose (2) from the intake manifold vacuum port (1).



4. Remove the brake booster vacuum check valve (2) from the brake booster vacuum hose (1).

1. Install the brake booster vacuum check valve (2) to the brake booster vacuum hose (1).



2. Connect the vacuum hose (2) to the intake manifold vacuum port (1).
3. Install the vacuum hose retainer to the power steering reservoir.
4. Connect the vacuum hose (2) and vacuum brake booster check valve (3) to vacuum brake booster (4).

Power Brake Booster Vacuum Check Valve and Hose Replacement RHD

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose (3) and the brake booster vacuum check valve (2) from vacuum brake booster (1).
2. Remove the vacuum hose retainer from the power steering reservoir.
3. Remove the vacuum hose retainer from the rear of the plenum.
4. Disconnect the vacuum hose (3) from the intake manifold vacuum port (4).



5. Remove the brake booster vacuum check valve (2) from the brake booster vacuum hose (1).

1. Install the brake booster vacuum check valve (2) to the brake booster vacuum hose (1).



2. Connect the vacuum hose (3) to the intake manifold vacuum port (4).
3. Install the vacuum hose retainer to the power steering reservoir.
4. Install the vacuum hose retainer to the rear of the plenum.
5. Connect the vacuum hose (3) and vacuum brake booster check valve (2) to vacuum brake booster (1).
