Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2003 🢒 CTS - RHD 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Air Inlet Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side or Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    3. Object Number: 799133 Size: SH
  3. Remove the upper air inlet assembly bolts (1).

    4. Object Number: 799121 Size: SH
  4. Remove the lower right air inlet assembly bolt (1).
  5. Slide the assembly to the right and then lower.

    6. Object Number: 799130 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the air inlet assembly electrical connector (1).

    7. Object Number: 799128 Size: SH
  7. Rotate the air inlet assembly (1) and remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 799130 Size: SH
  1. Connect the air inlet assembly electrical connector (1).

    2. Object Number: 799128 Size: SH
  2. Install the air inlet assembly (1) to the locator pin.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 799133 Size: SH
  3. Install the upper air inlet assembly bolts (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in)


    Object Number: 799121 Size: SH
  4. Install the lower right air inlet assembly bolt (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in)

  5. Install the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  6. Install the closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side or Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
