Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 700906 Size: SH
  1. Pull out on the center I/P vent assembly in order to release the fasteners securing the vent to the I/P.
  2. Disconnect the hazard switch electrical connector.
  3. Remove the vent from the I/P.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 700906 Size: SH
  1. Connect the hazard switch connector.

    2. Object Number: 799031 Size: SH
  2. Position hazard switch wire harness (1) in the harness retainers.
  3. Push the wire service loop forward between the duct as the vent is positioned on the I/P.
  4. Overlap the vent housing over the duct.
  5. Position the vent into the I/P.

    6. Important: Ensure that the wire harness is not interfering with the moving parts of the vent.

  6. Push the vent in to the I/P in order to seat the retainers.
